wittgenstein

In late 2014, I began to illustrate Wittgenstein’s Philosophical Investigations (1953). The project is still ongoing (I’m currently stuck around PI 179: there are 693), and many [early] drawings are being revised and modified. My goal is ultimately to erase, if not eradicate the text entirely, by means of a pictorial language. They all fail, but only insofar as that language is not yet made public.
